the provision in Article 1 adding one paragraph to Article 344 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the provisions in Article 2 amending Articles 97 and 98 of the Penal Code, and the provision in Article 3 amending Article 72 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (limited to the part deleting item (i), renumbering item (ii) as item (i), and moving items (iii) through (viii) up by one item each; referred to as the "provision deleting item (i) from Article 72" in item (vi)); the provisions of Article 5, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 8, paragraph (4) and Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions; the provision in Article 24 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 42 of the Act on the Transnational Transfer of Sentenced Persons (Act No. 66 of 2002); the provision in Article 27 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 293 of the Act on Penal Detention Facilities and the Treatment of Inmates and Detainees (Act No. 50 of 2005); the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (2), Article 30 and Article 31 of the Supplementary Provisions; the provision in Article 32 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 132 of the Juvenile Classification Home Act (Act No. 59 of 2014); in Article 35 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provision amending the provision in Article 3 of the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. (Act No. 67 of 2022; hereinafter referred to as the "2022 Act amending the Penal Code and other laws") that amends Article 344 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the provision deleting the provision in Article 11 of the 2022 Act amending the Penal Code and other laws that amends Article 132 of the Juvenile Classification Home Act; and the provisions of Articles 36 and 40 of the Supplementary Provisions: the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation;
