the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 23 (including its heading), Article 76 and Article 77-2 of the Immigration Control Act, and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 6 months from the date of promulgation;
