Supplementary Provisions, Article 4, paragraph (1)
第一項
The provisions of Article 22-4, paragraph (1) (excluding the part pertaining to item (i)) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 also apply to the revocation of the status of residence pertaining to a seal of verification for landing, etc. of a person who, before this Act comes into effect, was granted a seal of verification for landing or permission pursuant to the provisions of Chapter III, Section 1 or 2 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1, or permission pursuant to the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 1 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as a "seal of verification for landing, etc." in this Article).
第一条の規定による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法第二十二条の四第一項（第一号に係るものを除く。）の規定は、この法律の施行前に第一条の規定による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法第三章第一節若しくは第二節の規定による上陸許可の証印若しくは許可又は第一条の規定による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法第四章第一節の規定による許可（以下この条において「上陸許可の証印等」という。）を受けた者に対する当該上陸許可の証印等に係る在留資格の取消しについても、適用する。
