Permission, authorization or any other disposition, or a contract or any other act (hereinafter referred to as a "disposition, etc." in this Article), made before this Act comes into effect by a national government organ affected by the amendments made by this Act pursuant to the provisions of a law or an order based on it, is, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, deemed to be a disposition, etc. made by the corresponding national government organ pursuant to the provisions of the respective laws as amended by this Act or orders based on them, or in accordance with the division of affairs under its jurisdiction based on those provisions.
