第六項
With regard to a disposition by an administrative agency made before this Act comes into effect against which administrative appeals, etc. were permitted under the provisions prior to amendment by this Act and for which no period for filing was prescribed, the period during which an appeal under the Administrative Complaint Review Act may be filed is counted from the date on which this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前にされた行政庁の処分で、この法律による改正前の規定により訴願等をすることができるものとされ、かつ、その提起期間が定められていなかつたものについて、行政不服審査法による不服申立てをすることができる期間は、この法律の施行の日から起算する。
