Of the administrative appeals, etc. prescribed in the preceding paragraph, those pertaining to dispositions against which an appeal under the Administrative Complaint Review Act may be filed after this Act comes into effect are deemed to be appeals under the Administrative Complaint Review Act with regard to the application of laws other than that Act.
