第八項
In the case referred to in the proviso to the preceding paragraph, the provisions of the second sentence of Article 18 and Article 21, paragraphs (2) through (5) of the Administrative Case Litigation Act apply mutatis mutandis.
前項ただし書の場合には、行政事件訴訟法第十八条後段及び第二十一条第二項から第五項までの規定を準用する。
