第三項
With regard to actions pending at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions as amended by this Act that provide that the action may not be filed.
この法律の施行の際現に係属している訴訟については、当該訴訟を提起することができない旨を定めるこの法律による改正後の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
