This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Improving the Capacity, and the Efficient Promotion of Research and Development through Promotion of Research and Development System Reform (Act No. 94 of 2018).
この省令は、研究開発システムの改革の推進等による研究開発能力の強化及び研究開発等の効率的推進等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成三十年法律第九十四号）の施行の日から施行する。
