the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 27-2, paragraphs (1) and (7), Article 27-3, paragraph (2) and Article 27-9, paragraph (3) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the provision renumbering that paragraph as paragraph (4) of that Article and paragraph (2) of that Article as paragraph (3) of that Article and adding one paragraph after paragraph (1) of that Article, the provision amending the heading of Article 27-13 of that Act and paragraph (2) of that Article, the provisions amending Article 27-16, Article 27-19, Article 27-20, paragraph (1), Article 27-22-2, paragraphs (9) through (11), Article 27-23, paragraphs (3) through (6), Article 27-30-9, paragraph (2), Article 163, paragraph (1), Article 166, paragraph (1), Article 167, paragraphs (1) and (3) and Article 197-2 of that Act, the provision amending that Article by adding one paragraph, the provisions amending Article 198-2, paragraph (1), Article 200 and Article 207, paragraph (1), item (ii) and paragraph (2) of that Act, the provision amending Article 207-2 of that Act (limited to the part replacing "Article 197-2, item (xii)" with "Article 197-2, paragraph (2), item (ii)") and the provisions amending Articles 209-5 through 209-7 of that Act, and the provisions of the following Article through Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions and the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part replacing "Article 197-2, item (i)" with "Article 197-2, paragraph (1), item (i)"): the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of promulgation.
