the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 2, paragraph (8), item (x), (a) and Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the provision amending Article 31 of that Act by adding one paragraph, the provision amending Article 201, item (i) of that Act and the provision amending Article 205-2-3, item (i) of that Act (limited to the part replacing "Article 31, paragraph (1) or (3)" with "Article 31, paragraph (1), (3) or (7)"), and the provisions of Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation;
