Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Registration Relating to Share Options
第九条（新株予約権に係る登記に関する経過措置）
With regard to the matters to be registered in a registration relating to the issue of share options for which an application for registration was filed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 911, paragraph (3), item (xii) of the new Act.
この法律の施行前に登記の申請がされた新株予約権の発行に関する登記の登記事項については、新法第九百十一条第三項第十二号の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
