第四項
The provisions of Article 735-2 of the new Act do not apply if a bond-issuing company, a bond administrator or a bondholder submitted a proposal with respect to a matter that is the purpose of a bondholders meeting before this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行前に社債発行会社、社債管理者又は社債権者が社債権者集会の目的である事項について提案をした場合については、新法第七百三十五条の二の規定は、適用しない。
