This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year and six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provision amending the table of contents (limited to the part replacing "Shareholders Meeting and General Meetings of Class Shareholders" with "Shareholders Meeting and General Meetings of Class Shareholders, etc.", replacing "Subsection 2 General Meetings of Class Shareholders (Articles 321 to 325)" with "/Subsection 2 General Meetings of Class Shareholders (Articles 321 to 325)/Subsection 3 Measures for Electronic Provision (Articles 325-2 to 325-7)/", and replacing "/Section 2 Registration of Companies/ Subsection 1 Registration at the Location of the Head Office (Articles 911 to 929)/ Subsection 2 Registration at the Location of Branch Offices (Articles 930 to 932)/" with "Section 2 Registration of Companies (Articles 911 to 932)"), the provision amending the title of Part II, Chapter IV, Section 1, the provision amending Article 301, paragraph (1), the provision adding one Subsection to that Section, the provision deleting the title of Part VII, Chapter IV, Section 2, Subsection 1, the provision adding one item after Article 911, paragraph (3), item (xii), the provision deleting the title of Subsection 2 of that Section, the provisions amending Articles 930 through 932, the provision amending Article 937, paragraph (1), the provision deleting paragraph (4) of that Article, the provision amending Article 938, paragraph (1), and the provision in Article 976 renumbering item (xix) as item (xviii)-2 and adding one item after that item come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three years and six months from the date of promulgation.
