Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Transitional Measures Concerning Actions to Enforce Liability
第二十一条（責任追及等の訴えに関する経過措置）
With regard to an action to enforce liability prescribed in Article 847, paragraph (1) of the former Companies Act, in the case where that action to enforce liability was filed before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧会社法第八百四十七条第一項に規定する責任追及等の訴えが提起された場合における当該責任追及等の訴えについては、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 847-2 of the new Companies Act do not apply in the case where any of the acts set forth in the items of paragraph (1) of that Article became effective before the effective date.
施行日前に新会社法第八百四十七条の二第一項各号に掲げる行為の効力が生じた場合については、同条の規定は、適用しない。
The provisions of Article 847-3 of the new Companies Act do not apply to specific liability (meaning the specific liability prescribed in paragraph (4) of that Article) where the facts that caused it arose before the effective date.
施行日前にその原因となった事実が生じた特定責任（新会社法第八百四十七条の三第四項に規定する特定責任をいう。）については、同条の規定は、適用しない。
