第一項
With regard to the acquisition of shares subject to class-wide call, in the case where, before the effective date, the procedures for calling the shareholders meeting to adopt the resolution under Article 171, paragraph (1) of the former Companies Act were commenced, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧会社法第百七十一条第一項の決議をするための株主総会の招集手続が開始された場合におけるその全部取得条項付種類株式の取得については、なお従前の例による。
