Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the 2006 Securities and Exchange Act Amendment Act comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、平成十八年証券取引法改正法の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision in Article 127 amending Article 4, item (ii) of the Certified Public Accountant Act (limited to the part replacing "or Article 198" with "through Article 198"), the provisions of Article 128, paragraph (1), the provision in Article 205 amending Article 331, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Companies Act (limited to the part replacing "Article 197, paragraph (1), items (i) through (iv) or (vii) or paragraph (2), Article 198, items (i) through (x), (xviii) or (xix)" with "Article 197, Article 197-2, items (i) through (x) or (xiii), Article 198, item (viii)"), the provisions of Article 206, paragraph (1), and the provision in Article 213 amending Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act for Establishment of the Financial Services Agency (limited to the part adding ", an order to submit reports or materials, questioning or hearing of opinions" after ", inspection"): the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2006 Securities and Exchange Act Amendment Act come into effect.
第百二十七条中公認会計士法第四条第二号の改正規定（「若しくは第百九十八条」を「から第百九十八条まで」に改める部分に限る。）、第百二十八条第一項の規定、第二百五条中会社法第三百三十一条第一項第三号の改正規定（「第百九十七条第一項第一号から第四号まで若しくは第七号若しくは第二項、第百九十八条第一号から第十号まで、第十八号若しくは第十九号」を「第百九十七条、第百九十七条の二第一号から第十号まで若しくは第十三号、第百九十八条第八号」に改める部分に限る。）、第二百六条第一項の規定及び第二百十三条中金融庁設置法第二十条第一項の改正規定（「、検査」の下に「、報告若しくは資料の提出の命令、質問若しくは意見の徴取」を加える部分に限る。） 平成十八年証券取引法改正法附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の日
