In association with the enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, etc. (Act No. 59 of 2024), and pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-15-2, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), the Rules on Applications for the Issuance of Specified Residence Cards are established as follows.
