Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act on Security Assignment Contracts and Retention of Title Contracts (Act No. 56 of 2025) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 33 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、譲渡担保契約及び所有権留保契約に関する法律（令和七年法律第五十六号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第三十三条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
