Pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act is established as follows.
