With regard to the application of the amending provisions of this Act concerning a quasi-incompetent person and that person's curator for whom the provisions then in force are to remain applicable pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999), the provisions then in force continue to govern, excluding the amending provisions set forth below.
