Supplementary Provisions, Article 20, paragraph (1)
第一項
At an appropriate time after this Act comes into effect, the government is to take into consideration the status of enforcement of the Act on Securing, Etc. of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment and Promotion of the Welfare of Female Workers as amended by Article 1 and of the provisions of Chapter VI-2 of the Labor Standards Act as amended by Article 2, and, when it finds it necessary, is to review the provisions of these Acts and take necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後適当な時期において、第一条の規定による改正後の雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等女子労働者の福祉の増進に関する法律及び第二条の規定による改正後の労働基準法第六章の二の規定の施行状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、これらの法律の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
