Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Industrial Safety and Health Act come into effect (December 1, 2014).
この省令は、労働安全衛生法の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十六年十二月一日）から施行する。
