Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)

This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Administrative Procedure Act (Act No. 88 of 1993) comes into effect (October 1, 1994).
この省令は、行政手続法（平成五年法律第八十八号）の施行の日（平成六年十月一日）から施行する。
