An application for permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, a notification, a report or any other procedure made to the Director of the former Hanamaki Labor Standards Office before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, or permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, etc. made by the Director of that Labor Standards Office, that, with respect to the matter concerned, is newly required under the provisions after the amendment to be made to the Director of the Kamaishi Labor Standards Office or to be made by the Director of that Labor Standards Office, is deemed to have been made to the Director of that Labor Standards Office or made by the Director of that Labor Standards Office, respectively.
