This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amended provisions concerning the Fukue Branch Office of the Nagasaki Labor Standards Office come into effect as of November 1, 1958, and that the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Aizu Labor Standards Office applies as of January 1, 1955, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Takikawa Labor Standards Office applies as of July 1, 1958, the part pertaining to the location in the amended provisions concerning the Kikuchi Labor Standards Office applies as of August 1, 1958, and the amended provisions concerning the Shodoshima Branch Office of the Takamatsu Labor Standards Office and the amended provisions concerning the Kumage Branch Office of the Kagoshima Labor Standards Office apply as of October 1, 1958, respectively.
