The standards on the measures to be taken by employer shall be as follows:
使用者が講ずべき措置の基準は、次のとおりとする。
(a) Standards on general measures
一般的措置の基準
To have a vocational training instructor give trainees, during the work, the instructions necessary for preventing harm relating to that work.
職業訓練指導員をして、訓練生に対し、当該作業中その作業に関する危害防止のために必要な指示をさせること。
To provide trainees, in advance, with education on the safe work methods or hygienic work methods necessary for the work concerned.
あらかじめ、当該業務に関し必要な安全作業法又は衛生作業法について、教育を施すこと。
To pay constant attention to improving the work environment.
常時、作業環境の改善に留意すること。
To pay constant attention to the state of health of trainees and endeavor to improve it.
常時、訓練生の健康状態に留意し、その向上に努めること。
(b) Standards on individual measures
個別的措置の基準
The standards shall be those prescribed in the right columns of the following table regarding work prescribed in the middle columns.
