If the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 37, paragraph (1) of Article 44, paragraph (1) of Article 44-2, paragraph (1) of Article 56, paragraph (1) of Article 75-8 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 83-3 and Article 85-3), or paragraph (2) of Article 86 have been violated, the person that committed the violation is subject to imprisonment for a term of one year or less or to a fine of one million yen or less.
第三十七条第一項、第四十四条第一項、第四十四条の二第一項、第五十六条第一項、第七十五条の八第一項（第八十三条の三及び第八十五条の三において準用する場合を含む。）又は第八十六条第二項の規定に違反したときは、当該違反行為をした者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
