Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the provisions set forth in the following item), the provisions of Article 4, the provisions of Article 6, and the provision in Article 7 amending Article 8, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Public Servants, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act, etc. (limited to the part replacing "Article 12-4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions" with "Article 12-4-2, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions"), and the provisions of Article 4, Article 6, paragraph (4), Article 7, Article 11, and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1995;
第二条の規定（次号に掲げる規定を除く。）、第四条の規定、第六条の規定及び第七条中国家公務員等共済組合法等の一部を改正する法律附則第八条第五項の改正規定（「附則第十二条の四第二項」を「附則第十二条の四の二第三項」に改める部分に限る。）並びに附則第四条、第六条第四項、第七条、第十一条及び第十四条の規定 平成七年四月一日
