Supplementary Provisions, Article 61, paragraph (1)
第一項
When approximately 3 years have passed after this Act comes into effect, the Government is to take into account the status of enforcement of the New Immigration Control Act and the New Special Act, review the provisions of these Acts if it finds it necessary, and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を目途として、新入管法及び新特例法の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、これらの法律の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
