the provision in Article 3 amending Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (i) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: the date on which the provision in Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Passport Act and the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes and Control of Crime Proceeds (Act No. 55 of 2005) amending Article 23 of the Passport Act (Act No. 267 of 1951) comes into effect, or the date on which this Act comes into effect, whichever is later;
