Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
第一項
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 2 and of Articles 6 through 9 and Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions (excluding the part amending "Article 47, paragraph (2), Article 49, paragraph (5)" to "Article 47, paragraphs (3) and (5), Article 48, paragraph (9), Article 49, paragraph (6)" and the part adding ", Article 55-3, paragraph (2)" after "Article 55, paragraph (2)"): the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 1 year from the date of promulgation;
第二条並びに附則第六条から第九条まで及び第十二条（「第四十七条第二項、第四十九条第五項」を「第四十七条第三項及び第五項、第四十八条第九項、第四十九条第六項」に改める部分及び「第五十五条第二項」の下に「、第五十五条の三第二項」を加える部分を除く。）の規定 公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
