第五項
With regard to the filing period for actions concerning an original administrative disposition or an administrative disposition on appeal for which the filing period under the provisions prior to amendment by this Act is running at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern; provided, however, that this is limited to cases in which the filing period under the provisions as amended by this Act is shorter than the filing period under the provisions prior to amendment by this Act.
この法律の施行の際現にこの法律による改正前の規定による出訴期間が進行している処分又は裁決に関する訴訟の出訴期間については、なお従前の例による。ただし、この法律による改正後の規定による出訴期間がこの法律による改正前の規定による出訴期間より短い場合に限る。
