第二条（経過規定）
The criteria provided for by this Ministerial Order do not apply, even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, only in the case where the applicant filed an application under Article 20, paragraph (2) of the Act before this Ministerial Order came into effect and the end of the training period in the training plan submitted at the time of the application under Article 6, paragraph (2) or Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act is before this Ministerial Order comes into effect.
この省令の定める基準は、申請人がこの省令の施行前に法第二十条第二項の申請を行った場合であって、法第六条第二項又は第七条の二第一項の申請の際提出した研修計画上の研修の終期がこの省令の施行前であるときに限り、この省令の施行後においても、適用しない。
