Pursuant to the provisions of Article 20-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 20-2, Paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act is established as follows.
