第四条（代理権を証明する書面等に関する経過措置）
With regard to a demand under Article 310, paragraph (7), Article 311, paragraph (4) or Article 312, paragraph (5) of the former Act made before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にされた旧法第三百十条第七項、第三百十一条第四項又は第三百十二条第五項の請求については、なお従前の例による。
