**第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、公益通報及び公益通報者の状況に関する情報その他その普及が公益通報者の保護及び公益通報の内容の活用による国民の生命、身体、財産その他の利益の保護に関わる法令の規定の遵守に資することとなる情報の収集、整理及び提供に努めなければならない。

The Prime Minister must endeavor to collect, arrange, and provide information on the status of whistleblowing and whistleblowers, and any other information of which the dissemination contributes to compliance with the provisions of laws and regulations concerning the protection of whistleblowers and the protection of life, physical wellbeing, property, and other interests of citizens by utilizing the contents of whistleblowing.
