**第一項**  前三条に定めるもののほか、第三十七条の規定による共助及び前条の規定による譲与については、組織的犯罪処罰法第六章の規定による共助及び譲与の例による。

Beyond what is prescribed in the preceding three Articles, assistance under Article 37 and transfer under the preceding Article is governed by the provisions for assistance and transfer under Chapter VI of the Organized Crime Punishment Act.
