**制定文（一）** 出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄第一号及び第二号の規定に基づき、出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令を次のように定める。

Pursuant to the provisions of items (i) and (ii) of the right-hand column in the row for "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act is established as follows.

**第一項** この省令の施行の際現にこの省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令（以下「旧省令」という。）第三号から第五号までの分野を指定されて出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の在留資格をもって本邦に在留する者については、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法別表第一の二の表の特定技能の項の下欄に規定する産業上の分野等を定める省令（以下「新省令」という。）第三号の分野を指定されたものとみなす。

With regard to a person who, at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect, resides in Japan with the status of residence of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and has been designated the fields set forth in items (iii) through (v) of the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Ministerial Order"), the person is deemed to have been designated the field set forth in item (iii) of the Ministerial Order to Provide for the Industrial Fields Specified in the Right-Hand Column of "Specified Skilled Worker" in the Appended Table I (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Ministerial Order").
