**第一項** 改正法附則第二十八条第三項の規定による申請又は改正法附則第二十九条第一項の規定による申請をしようとする特別永住者は、新規則第五条第三項の規定にかかわらず、これらの申請に併せて同条第一項の申出をすることができる。
