  **第一項**  株式会社日本政策金融公庫は、株式会社日本政策金融公庫法第十一条に規定する業務のほか、次に掲げる業務を行うことができる。

  **第三項**  株式会社日本政策金融公庫又は沖縄振興開発金融公庫は、株式会社日本政策金融公庫法第十一条又は沖縄振興開発金融公庫法第十九条に規定する業務のほか、認定連携事業継続力強化を行う大企業者のうち第二条第二項第三号又は第四号に掲げる者に該当するものに対し、認定連携事業継続力強化を行うために必要とする長期の資金（経済産業省令で定めるものに限る。）を貸し付ける業務を行うことができる。

  The business of lending funds to a large enterprise under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is deemed, for the purposes of the application of the Japan Finance Corporation Act or the Okinawa Development Finance Corporation Act, to be, respectively, the business of lending, under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Japan Finance Corporation Act, to the persons listed in the middle column of item (xiv) of Appended Table 1 of that Act the funds listed in the right-hand column of that item, or the business under Article 19, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Okinawa Development Finance Corporation Act.
