### 第三十九条（認定事業分野別経営力向上推進機関） — Certified Business-Field Management Capacity Improvement Promotion Bodies

  **第一項**  主務大臣は、主務省令で定めるところにより、事業分野別指針が定められた事業分野において、次項に規定する業務（以下「事業分野別経営力向上推進業務」という。）を行う者であって、事業分野別指針に適合すると認められるものを、その申請により、事業分野ごとに、事業分野別経営力向上推進業務を行う者として認定することができる。

  The competent minister may, as specified by order of the competent ministry, certify, upon application and for each business field, a person that carries out the work prescribed in the following paragraph (hereinafter referred to as "business-field management capacity improvement promotion work") in a business field for which business-field guidelines have been established, and that is found to conform to the business-field guidelines, as a person that carries out business-field management capacity improvement promotion work.

  **第二項**  前項の認定を受けた者（以下「認定事業分野別経営力向上推進機関」という。）は、次に掲げる業務を行うものとする。

    **二**  当該事業分野における経営力向上に関する最新の知見の充実を図るため、これに関する情報の収集、整理及び分析並びに調査研究を行うこと。

  **第三項**  第一項の認定を受けようとする者は、主務省令で定めるところにより、次に掲げる事項を記載した申請書を主務大臣に提出しなければならない。

  **第四項**  認定事業分野別経営力向上推進機関は、前項第一号及び第二号に掲げる事項に変更があったときは遅滞なく、同項第三号イからハまでに掲げる事項の変更（主務省令で定める軽微な変更を除く。）をしようとするときはあらかじめ、その旨を主務大臣に届け出なければならない。

  A certified business-field management capacity improvement promotion body must notify the competent minister to that effect without delay when there is a change in the matters set out in items (i) and (ii) of the preceding paragraph, and in advance when it intends to make a change in the matters set out in item (iii), (a) through (c) of that paragraph (excluding minor changes specified by order of the competent ministry).
