**第一項**  この法律の施行前に和議開始の申立てがあった場合又は当該申立てに基づきこの法律の施行前若しくは施行後に和議開始の決定があった場合においては、当該申立て又は決定に係る次の各号に掲げる法律の規定に定める事項に関する取扱いについては、この法律の附則の規定による改正後のこれらの規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。

In the case where a petition for commencement of composition proceedings was filed before this Act comes into effect, or where an order commencing composition proceedings was made before or after this Act comes into effect based on that petition, with regard to the treatment of the matters prescribed in the provisions of the Acts listed in the following items pertaining to that petition or order, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding those provisions as amended by the provisions of the Supplementary Provisions of this Act:
