**第一項**  前条の規定の施行前に同条の規定による改正前の小規模企業共済法の規定によってした共済契約の申込み、掛金月額の増加又は減少の申込みその他の手続は、同条の規定による改正後の小規模企業共済法の規定によってしたものとみなす。
