### 第一条（施行期日） — Effective Date

**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して五月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。

**第一項**  小規模企業共済事業団は、この法律の施行の時において、中小企業共済事業団となるものとする。

**第二項**  この法律の施行の際現に中小企業共済事業団という名称を用いている者については、改正後の小規模企業共済等に関する法律第二十八条の規定は、この法律の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
