### 第九条の三（共済金の分割支給等） — Installment Payment of Mutual Aid Benefits, etc.

**第一項**  機構は、前条の規定にかかわらず、共済契約者の請求により、共済金の全部又は一部を分割払の方法により支給することができる。ただし、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合は、この限りでない。

Notwithstanding the preceding Article, the Organization may, at the request of a mutual aid policyholder, pay all or part of the mutual aid benefits by installment payment; provided, however, that this does not apply in any of the following cases:

**第二項**  共済契約者が共済金の一部について分割払の方法により支給を受けようとする場合における前項の請求は、当該分割払の方法により支給を受けようとする共済金の一部の額（以下この条において「分割払対象額」という。）を定めてしなければならない。

**第三項**  分割払の方法による共済金の支給期月は、毎年一月、三月、五月、七月、九月及び十一月とする。ただし、前支給期月に支給すべきであつた共済金は、その支給期月でない月であつても、支給するものとする。
