### 第十一条の二（対象電磁的記録の複写不許可決定） — Decision Not to Permit Copying of Covered Electronic or Magnetic Records

  **第一項**  検察官は、保管電磁的記録（刑事訴訟法第二百十八条第一項又は第五百九条第一項の規定による電磁的記録提供命令（同法第百二条の二第一項第一号ロに掲げる方法（電磁的記録を記録媒体に移転させるものに限る。）による提供を命ずるものに限る。以下この条及び第十七条第一項第四号において単に「電磁的記録提供命令」という。）により検察官、検察事務官又は司法警察職員の管理に係る記録媒体に移転された電磁的記録であって検察官が保管しているものをいう。以下この条及び第十二条の二において同じ。）が第一号に掲げる電磁的記録に該当するときは、次節に定める手続に従い、第二号に掲げる措置をとることができる。
