**第一項**  高等学校の学科及び教育課程に関する事項は、前二条の規定及び第六十二条において読み替えて準用する第三十条第二項の規定に従い、文部科学大臣が定める。

Matters regarding the high school departments and curriculum are to be prescribed by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, in compliance with the provisions of the preceding two Articles and Article 30, paragraph (2) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 62 following the deemed replacement of terms.
