### 第九十九条の三（特定改造等の許可） — Permission for Specified Modification, etc.

**第一項**  自動車検査証交付済自動車等について、次に掲げる行為（以下「特定改造等」という。）をしようとする者は、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、あらかじめ、国土交通大臣の許可を受けなければならない。

If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism finds that the capability and system of a person who has obtained the permission referred to in paragraph (1) do not conform to the standards specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as referred to in item (i) of paragraph (3), or that a person who has obtained the permission referred to in paragraph (1) is not complying, with regard to specified modification, etc., with the matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Minister may order that person to take the measures necessary to bring the person's capability and system into conformity with the standards or to ensure the appropriate implementation of specified modification, etc.

**第七項**  国土交通大臣は、第一項の許可を受けた者が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、期間を定めて特定改造等の停止を命じ、又は同項の許可を取り消すことができる。
