### 第一条（施行期日） — (Effective Date)

**第一項**  この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

This Act comes into force once six-months have passed following its promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into force on the dates prescribed therein:

  **一**  第二条並びに附則第六条から第九条まで及び第十二条（「第四十七条第二項、第四十九条第五項」を「第四十七条第三項及び第五項、第四十八条第九項、第四十九条第六項」に改める部分及び「第五十五条第二項」の下に「、第五十五条の三第二項」を加える部分を除く。）の規定　公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日

  Article 2, and Articles 6 through 9 and Article 12 (other than the part that amends the phrase "Article 47, paragraph (2), Article 49, paragraph (5)" to "Article 47, paragraphs (3) and (5), Article 48, paragraph (9), Article 49, paragraph (6)" and the part that adds the phrase "Article 55-3, paragraph (2)" after "Article 55, paragraph (2)") of the Supplementary Provisions:within one year of promulgation, on the date that Cabinet Order prescribes.
